Customer Service Representative (Life Sciences)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (B2B) with a background in life sciences and experience in regulated manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to business clients!
Location: Mount Prospect, Illinois (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Pay: $25–$30 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist business clients with inquiries, concerns, and product-related requests
- Accurately enter, review, and escalate orders as needed
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for all customer interactions
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and professional etiquette
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate of Science degree preferred
- 3–5 years of customer service experience within a regulated environment (pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical device, food manufacturing, or other life sciences industries)
- Experience with data entry, SDS documentation, order entry, order processing, shipment inquiries, order discrepancies, etc
