Electro-Mechanical Technician 

1 year contract with extension or conversion potential

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production equipment to reduce downtime and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PM)
  • Improve equipment performance and output
  • Follow cGMP and SOPs; update procedures as needed
  • Rebuild and restore parts
  • Collaborate with production teams and engineers

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Experience with PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, and VFDs
  • High school diploma (technical certification preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills

Preferred

  • High-speed manufacturing experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills

Work Environment

  • 12-hour day or night rotating shifts
  • Strict safety and aseptic standards
