Our client is  are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives, support root cause investigations, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards. This role partners cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve processes, and support production quality within a cleanroom assembly environment.

Located in Devens, MA

Contract position
Pay: $35-40/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality
• Support quality activities in a cleanroom assembly environment
• Manage and resolve internal quality issues and external customer complaints
• Utilize ERP and quality management systems to track and improve performance
• Assist in maintaining documentation and quality records

Top Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer
• Experience in an assembly or cleanroom manufacturing environment preferred
• Certification in Quality Engineering and/or Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, ETQ)
