Manufacturing Engineer I

Location: Duluth, GA

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching
Contract: 6 months+ Extension up to 2 years and conversion potential 

We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer I to support process improvement, troubleshoot engineering challenges, and enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on analyzing trends, optimizing manufacturing processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and performance
  • Identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Support engineering projects through data analysis and research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing or complex automation
  • Data analysis skills (Tableau or similar tools)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
