Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Approx. 40.5 hours per week
Sunday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM (4 hours)
Monday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (8 hours)
Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (10 hours)
Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (8 hours)
Thursday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM (7 hours)
Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:00 AM (3.5 hours)

Type of Job: 6-month contract with possibility of extension/conversion

Biological Processing Technician Daily Tasks: What you will do:

• Perform egg processing tasks (receive, rack, set, candle, deliver)
• Operate and monitor incubators and related equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and biosecure work areas
• Complete GMP documentation accurately and on time
• Assist with material handling, including unloading trucks and moving inventory
• Support sterilization and waste flow processes
• Follow all safety, environmental, and biosecurity procedures

Biological Processing Technician Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work in a GMP-regulated environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform extended manual labor
• Comfortable working early morning shifts and in low-light conditions
• Willing to comply with strict biosecurity policies (no outside bird/poultry contact)
• Basic computer skills; inventory system experience preferred
