The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to expand retail and international partnerships. You’ll lead the strategy for growing domestic and global distribution channels, manage key accounts, and drive revenue across retail and wholesale networks.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work with retailers, distributors, and cross-functional teams, with the opportunity to build your own team in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow retail and distributor partnerships
• Build and manage key accounts and international relationships
• Attend conferences and trade shows to promote products and acquire new customers
• Collaborate with marketing to create decks, sales materials, and promotional content
• Track KPIs, revenue, and performance metrics
• Ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards

Who You Are

• 8+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership
• Experience with health, wellness, supplements, or pharmaceutical products
• Strong network with retailers and distributors
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and confident leading independently
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate about the health & wellness space
