Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LIMS Developer with strong expertise in Environmental Data Deliverables (EDD) development to support and enhance our clients laboratory information management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Clinisys Elemental LIMS and/or Promium LIMS, along with solid skills in SQL and VB6 development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain EDD formats and exports for regulatory and client-specific requirements
• Customize and configure Clinisys Elemental LIMS and/or Promium LIMS
• Develop and maintain applications and tools using VB6
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects (DB2/DB6)
• Build and maintain reports, data transformations, and integrations
• Collaborate with lab staff, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and validation of LIMS outputs
• Troubleshoot and resolve LIMS-related issues and data discrepancies
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with external systems
• Document technical designs, processes, and configurations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a LIMS Developer or LIMS Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Clinisys Elemental LIMS and/or Promium LIMS
  • Environmental Data Deliverables (EDD) development
  • SQL database development
  • VB6 (Visual Basic 6) programming
• Experience with database design, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Understanding of environmental laboratory workflows and regulatory requirements (e.g., EPA standards)
