Position Overview

We are partnering with a well-established life sciences manufacturing facility to place an experienced Sterile Manufacturing Technician on a growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on aseptic processing experience to contribute to a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.

Shift: Sunday–Thursday  |  10:00 PM – 6:30 AM   |   Pay: $41-$43/hour + 15% Shift Differential   |   Type: Contract (6-Month, through October 2026)

What You'll Do

  • Handle and dispose of hazardous waste in compliance with all applicable safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow production schedules, SOPs, and controlled documents accurately and consistently.
  • Practice and demonstrate proper aseptic techniques independently, including performing media fills (process simulation testing) with passing results per applicable SOPs.
  • Prepare disinfectants and sanitizing solutions; independently clean and sanitize production equipment, rooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Support environmental monitoring activities, including independently placing settling plates and conducting air sampling.
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of sterile manufacturing equipment including steam sterilizers, capping machines, stoppering machines, bottle washers, sterilizing tunnels, equipment washing machines, sterile filtration systems, L-bar sealers/bundlers, vision systems, inkjets, and vacuum check equipment as needed.
  • Perform sterile filtration independently and conduct filter integrity testing with accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct, relevant experience in GMP manufacturing — specifically in aseptic processing and/or sterile filling operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with document revision and deviation management processes.
  • Familiarity with production coordination and scheduling in a regulated manufacturing setting.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and international regulations including cGMP, USDA, DOT, EPA, and OSHA.
  • Solid understanding of aseptic processing procedures, SOPs, MSDSs, and hazardous materials handling.
  • Experience working with BPE methods and understanding of traffic patterns within controlled environments.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and basic GMP/documentation practices.
