Our client is one of the largest global suppliers of antiseptic products. With their recent growth they have expanded into a 2nd location in the Illinois market. They pride themselves by making sure they have the best equipment for their team to utilize. They are hiring a QA Technician to join their growing team ASAP!

Pay: $20-$22/hr DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p
Type of Job: Temp to hire

Responsibilities:

• Test raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet documented specifications. Testing will be done via HPLC, GC, IR, UV-VIS, IR, pH, viscometer, and a lab balance.
• Works closely with Quality Assurance and Production personnel to ensure a quality product is being assembled as per documented procedures.
• Accountable for release testing for all shipments.
• Work with Management to improve product quality and assembly execution.
• Assist with recording and testing of customer complaints

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience reviewing batch records and auditing inventory
• Prior laboratory testing experience
