Our client is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager to support the financial and contractual management of clinical studies. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements
• Develop and oversee site budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fair market value (FMV)
• Analyze protocols to create cost models, payment strategies, and budget estimates
• Coordinate and process site payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
• Maintain and improve the Site Fee Framework and budgeting processes
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to support approvals and resolve issues
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial budgeting, contracts, or related roles in pharma/healthcare
• Strong knowledge of cost drivers, FMV, and clinical budgeting practices
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and related systems; Veeva experience is a plus
