Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is heavily administrative, focused on documentation, system updates, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.
Location: Pittsburg, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour
Job Type: Contract (2 months, potential to extend)
Schedule:
- Training: 1 week, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Regular Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday (1x/month possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform SAP transactions (Post Goods Issue – PGI) to support outbound shipments
- Print, scan, file, and maintain operational documentation
- Process returns and rebills with accurate system updates
- Monitor and clear open process orders in SAP
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments and records
- Support reporting, data tracking, and daily operations
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and internal teams
- Handle office errands and general administrative support
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
