We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is heavily administrative, focused on documentation, system updates, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.

Location: Pittsburg, CA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour
Job Type: Contract (2 months, potential to extend)
Schedule:

  • Training: 1 week, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Regular Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday (1x/month possible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform SAP transactions (Post Goods Issue – PGI) to support outbound shipments
  • Print, scan, file, and maintain operational documentation
  • Process returns and rebills with accurate system updates
  • Monitor and clear open process orders in SAP
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments and records
  • Support reporting, data tracking, and daily operations
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and internal teams
  • Handle office errands and general administrative support

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
